busy baxon
i'm so busy this week. here's my schedule:december 5-9 - processing of cso papers
december 6 - exam reading for critics (was rescheduled by sir bayot for this day)
december 9 - dedaline of thanatology paper (veronika decides to die)
december 10-11 - create "flower point" presentation for defense day; study for defense
december 12 - thesis defense day (brrr)
december 13-14 - processing of financial forms (cso); deadline of critics paper
december 15 - gimik with kath (weee... hehehehe)
december 16 - netgames dinner at max resto with kuya isko and company
december 17 - karl's christmas gathering (aprovidence); sam's stripping performance hehe
december 18 - seminar (san antonio village, makati)
wish me a lot of luck!
yesterday my bestfriend and i went to vibang's at bf resort to eat lunch. nice food! no excess oils and msg... my ideal healthy food! they little resto serves mostly filipino dishes. unfortunately, there was no blue marlin left for me *sigh* jhay, my bestfriend, together with sol and may promised to take me there every weekends at lunch time. yeah! i still have the chance to lust over some juicy blue marlin!
later that afternoon, jhay and i went to sm southmall. i had my ears pierced again (cartilege and earlobes). after having a few moments of masochistic torture of body art, we decided to watch a movie - jhay's treat! we watched ang pagdadalaga ni maximo oliveros v ^__^ v i won't give you the gist of the story so as not to spoil everyone. all i can say is if you love gay/pedophillic love stories, this is the movie for you ;> it has a very unique and lovely story with a political agenda which is blatantly expressed.
what in fucking hell!
not being too rude but i don't understand why some people don't think. in our org, somebody collected money for our team building -- for the expenses. they told me that the collection and the money i gave them is insufficient. they handed over some receipts to show me their expenses... i wonder how they allocated the money. i asked the person-in-charge of the team building to give me the actual breakdown of expenses. all she just told me, "kulang nga talaga e" damn i need empirical data! i told them i won't reimburse their money unless they show me the list. next week is the deadline of processing finance form but until now they have given me nothing.the person-in-charge was also charging me for the toll gate and diesel expenses. why would the organization have to pay for her personal expenses? arrrrgh!!! another thing, they also gave me a receipt written in an ordinary sheet of paper... torn paper!! my galeh... from some sari-sari store somewhere in batangas. well they spent more than a thousand bucks on alcoholic drinks and cigarettes... how am i going to reimburse these soo called "sin-products"? i really wish during the time they were sunbathing and getting drunk til dawn that we are all enrolled in a christian university... hay!!!!
i am annoyed to the nth level!

she knows...
i'm the only person left here at home so i have the power to do everything i want. nyahahaha! but that does not save me from chores. it really sucks. i miss playing my drumset. although i have a lot of idle time today, i still have to use it to do some minor revisons on my thesis proposal. actually i don't know when i'm going to defend yet because one of my mentors, sir miles, haven't read my thesis proposal yet! only sor v contacted me about my thesis and that's quite a good thing i guess. another concern that will feed on my free time is the finance work in sophia. since mosr of the officers in our org are participating in the sea games i can't track each one of them to sign some papers. i really hate handling money! i don't know why i was put in this position. grrrthe spirit of christmas isn't in our home yet. i don't have enough money to buy my friends gifts but i have set aside some savings to those special few i prioritize. our garage is under renovation right now so mom didn't want to put yet any christmas decor or lights so that it won't be messed-up when the construction workers arrive. if that's the case then we won't have any christmas decorations whatsoever if they finish working on january. hahahaha. well anyway, at least we don't have to clean up anymore after the holidays ^__^
speaking of christmas, i think i'm the only person who hates this holiday. well of course our family gets together and it really is a nice thing - the only thing i liked about christmas. the thing i hate about this holiday is that a lot of people use it as a means to gain something especially money. people will try to be plastic to be nice to you as if they're casting a fallacious (appeal to pity) spell on you. just imagine how many people are becoming your friends and relatives during the christmas season. last year a stranger, who we haven't seen before, rang our doorbell and told us that he's the son of my mom's second cousin's sister... or whatever. he even showed us an identification card to be credible. my mom felt really strange of course because he doesn't know such-and-such persons who existed in her life however knows her name and address. my uncle, on my mom's side of the family, was also in our home. what's so strange about this stranger (kaya nga stranger e kulet no?) is he knows my mom's name and our home address while he doesn't know my uncle. but mom, being the nice catholic woman that she is on a christmas season, let the stranger enter our home and let him join in our post christmas feast. he was nice and after a while he left. after a few days or so, he started calling my mom asking to give his family money every month... 50 thousand. well that's bullshit. my mom had him investigated and it turned out that he was a fraud. hahaha
well anyway, that's the extreme case and i hope that did not happen in your families. moving on, another reason why i hate christmas it it tells me that a weel after it's going to be new year. i never enjoyed my new years because i'm asthmatic. grrr. they always lock me up in the room during new years because i might be rushed to the hospital together with some people who got their body parts mutillated... i'll die for sure because the hospitals here in our country is too graphic every new year. i don't know why they have to expose to the open areas of the hospital shrieking kids and adults. it's not that i hate blood and gore, in fact, i love them. but i can't tolerate hearing screams of people in pain. i really wish the hospital directors would make efforts to stop this kind of freak show in their hospitals... gotta call uncle!

dooms day 2005
this coming december 12 will be my thesis proposal defense day. i hope i won't get screwed. i haven't done my "flower point" presentation yet. sir v requested that i put pictures of cindy kurleto, gwen garci, and other so-called "dangerous playthings" in my presentation since both he and sir miles love women. the question is, how am i going to put pictures of sky clad women in my presentation? i really hope they know that my thesis is about education... holistic education...i am in the philosophy department right now. good thing i decided to drop by or else i won't see the defense schedules. i really hope i'll do fine on that day. i don't want my graduation to be delayed because of thesis. if my thesis proposal would pass, then it'll be the first philosophical research in the country. national record! yeah right... as if everyone gives a damn. every intellectual thought makes sense but i really hope that the persons in authority would listen.

hello guys! i want to show you pictures of my sanctuary, tali beach, batangas. i went there last year together with my buddies at sophia. it's a very serene place. imagine boracay as a private resort - this is tali. i'm glad that they did not open it for the public because most tourists will only destroy the beauty of the place. how sad. since i went to tali, i became a real beach buff myself. my mom usually take us to our private place at puerto azul almost every summer vacation if we're not going to baguio. but then i didn't like the beach. if it wasn't for the good company i will never go on a vacation in that place. both resorts are private but tali has a different atmosphere. i i want myself to experience a few moments of ataraxia, i'd imagine myself there.what i will never forget about tali is our initiation rites to become a "real" member of the organization. this initiation rite was not be spoken inside campus unless with philosophy faculty members and philosophy majors or else our organization is dead for good! they named the initiation rite, the leap of faith from soren kierkegaard's philosophy. the whole ritual captures our lives as philosophy majors. we study loads of contradicting ideas that we don't know what to believe anymore. we still have beliefs of course however unlike other people, we really thought hard about the things we believe. we don't believe in things blindly because we know it will only destroy us. in a sense, the initiation interprets our life in a very literal way.
what happens in our initiation? well, we jump off the cliff... 30-foot-jump and we land on open sea. however, there's a catch. near the area where we are supposed to land is a huge rock formation. if we chose to act stupidly and jump right away, we're going to die. see the connections?

when i get filthy fucking rich, i'm going to buy my own resthouse at tali and take some special friends of mine there ^__^ i really hope tali will still exist in the future. ^__^
